Ahead of the Curve: Health Informatics Specialist

The optimal solution will be to implement a paperless, trackable, electronic instruction set so that faculty and like will have a common place to retrieve important information in a safe, secure and easily accessible location. Many hospitals and doctors offices are quickly moving into the 21'st century by adapting their current processes to electronic systems to better and more efficiently monitor and maximize benefits for the patients. We want to do the same for Emory and Grady's current grant contract process. The link talks about the move to electronic health records and the over industry wide term of "health informatics" a budding field that I happen to be moving into now.
